DESCRIPTION

The praying mantis is the ultimate general predator at the top of the insect food web. Hunts and preys on absolutely anything they can catch, however, they will usually avoid eating beneficial Ladybugs, which tastes bad to the predator. Praying Mantids are our only seasonal item; usually available January through June, depending on supply. Each egg case hatches out approximately 50-200 baby Mantids.
